This week on 'Becoming (my mother)'

As I floss my teeth at my desk, I realize I have taken yet another flying leap towards becoming my mother. Hopefully it will be years (no, decades!) before I walk around the house naked but for knee highs, complaining about how horrible it is to wear even that tiny bit of clothing as the temperature skyrockets to a balmy 72 degrees. My mother is a floss monster. She flosses in the car, at work, at restaurants, in Target, it's an addiction. She loves to floss, and leaves used strings of floss laying across the hump between the floorboards of the front seat of the car. I can't say for certain that she isn't saving it for later. It really grosses me out and I'm sure Mitch doesn't appreciate me doing it at my desk either. What can I say, I am my mother's daughter!

I overslept today and unluckily for me, everyone, including the big boss man, is here working. Usually I can slide in unnoticed, but not today. I had better get cracking.
